Construction Labourer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction, renovation, and repair of buildings and structures.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project specifications and timelines.
• Load and unload materials as needed for various construction projects.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
