Store Manager

Dutch Love Cannabis Company is a modern retailer of recreational cannabis in British Columbia and Ontario. Our aim is to make the cannabis buying experience disarming, compassionate, and human. We’ve summoned our passion and experience as operators and energized it into this modern retail brand.

Applicants must be 19+ and cool with working weekends, and evenings.

You Bring:

• 2+ years of retail management (hospitality types welcome too)
• A natural ability to lead with humour, empathy, and clarity
• Cannabis knowledge and certification (or you're down to get it)
• Confidence with POS, inventory, scheduling, and running a tight operation
• Criminal Record Check required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cultivating the kind of team customers remember
• Hiring, training, and coaching your crew — and keeping them fired up
• Running the floor, managing the day-to-day, solving problems before they exist
• Keeping your store compliant, stocked, and on-brand
• Being the bridge between store and HQ — sharing wins, ideas, and feedback
• Making sure every customer walks out a little more curious, a little more informed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
