Marketing Coordinator

KMSC Law is currently seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Grande Prairie office. This early-career position reports to the Business Manager and supports the day‑to‑day execution of the firm’s marketing, branding, and community engagement efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, bring fresh ideas, and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners while building practical skills in both the creative and operational sides of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
  • Support the management of the firm’s website and social media channels, including content scheduling and posting
  • Create and coordinate marketing content such as graphics, posts, and promotional materials
  • Assist with planning and coordination of events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
  • Support the management of firm sponsorships and donations, including communication and tracking
  • Maintain marketing inventory and assist with ordering business cards, brochures, and branded materials
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Track basic marketing metrics and assist with reporting and performance summaries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and firm initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience or a related diploma/degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
