Smoke City Cannabis is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Winnipeg location. This is a full-time, in-person role at our retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product displays
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a cannabis retail store is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in a cannabis retail setting
