Join the Jupiter Cannabis Team – Urgent Hiring Full Time/Part Time Sales Associates

Jupiter Cannabis is one of Winnipeg’s most trusted and community-focused cannabis retailers. We’re currently hiring part-time Sales Associates to support our growing team and better serve our loyal customers.

Based out of our Academy Road location in River Heights, we’re looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individuals with direct experience in licensed cannabis retail. If you’re passionate about cannabis, love helping people, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment , we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and cannabis education
• Guide customers through product selections based on their needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail space
• Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store environment
• Work part-time hours with the possibility of additional shifts as needed

Requirements:

• Must currently reside within 25 km of Winnipeg, Manitoba
• Must have a reliable car for commuting
• Minimum 6 months experience in a licensed cannabis retail store in Canada
• Valid Smart Choices – Cannabis Retail Certification
• Current criminal record check from the Winnipeg Police Service
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Availability for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts is a must

Assets (Preferred but not required):

• Experience using Cova POS software
• Cannabis Retail Management experience
