Cannabis Territory and Sales Representative

Under the Sun Groweries is looking for a sales savvy individual with a creative mind to bolster a fast-paced, growing cannabis company located 20 minutes outside of Saskatoon, Sk.

Our Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all customers, store managers and owners to ensure the profitable sales of our products. The right individual must be driven, excel in problem-solving and communication and have a strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Being the first point of contact for product questions or concerns

- Researching/Designing potential products and logos

- Utilizing information collected from sales calls to create new brand focused products

- Developing informational cards to promote products

- Email Marketing while collecting data for sales reports

- Generating monthly sales reports

- Creating marketing materials and strategies to bolster sales

- Social Media management

- Create and maintain a rigorous weekly call plan, designed to meet sales objectives

- Develop and manage a business plan to meet and exceed sales targets

Travel:

Must have a reliable vehicle as this position. Must be willing to travel throughout Canada if required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Have a high care level and committed to continuous improvement

- Outgoing and personable personality

- Knowledge and/or experience with Cannabis industry/products are consider an asset.

- Ability to work within Health Canada Regulations
