The Joint Cannabis in Winnipeg, MB is looking for new Part-Time Shift Supervisors to join our team!

The Joint currently operates 12 locations in Winnipeg:

  • 218 Regent Ave West
  • 607 Corydon Ave
  • 3-915 Leila Ave
  • 113-55 Sage Creek Blvd
  • 5-1650 Kenaston Blvd
  • 8-3900 Grant Ave
  • 2-835 Keewatin St
  • 1459 Main St

We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

  • Opening the store
  • Closing the store
  • Cash Handling procedures
  • Motivating and directing the team of Sales Associates
  • Planning and oversight on tasks
  • Upholding team to company standards
  • Upholding and ensuring an understanding to all company policies
  • Upkeeping store cleanliness and organization
  • Processing orders
  • Maintaining accurate inventory numbers
  • Assisting in E-Commerce operations

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail experience is a must
  • Prior supervisory experience in retail environment preferred
  • Ability to delegate and take ownership
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and prioritizing skills
  • Must be 19+
  • Current & Valid Smart Choices Cannabis certification
  • Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check
  • Must be available for at least 2 locations

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts. Applicants must be available to work 6:15am-12:30am Monday to Sunday.

The intended start date for this position will be on or around April 05, 2024

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
