Construction Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople, gaining valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks.
• Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Support skilled workers in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete pouring, and other construction activities.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a must.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is key.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning from others.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when necessary.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
