Shift Supervisor (Part Time)

The Joint Cannabis in Assiniboia, SK is looking for new Shift Supervisors to join our team!

We have Part Time and Full Time Shift Supervisor Positions at our Assiniboia Location:

• 420 Centre St

We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

• Opening the store
• Closing the store
• Cash Handling procedures
• Planning and oversight on tasks
• Upholding team to company standards
• Upholding and ensuring an understanding to all company policies
• Upkeeping store cleanliness and organization
• Processing orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory numbers
• Assisting in E-Commerce operations

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience is a must
• Prior supervisory experience in retail environment preferred
• Ability to delegate and take ownership
• Ability to lead a team
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong time management and prioritizing skills
• Must be 19+
• Current & Valid CannaSell Cannabis certification
• Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts. Applicants must be available to work 6:15am-12:45am Monday to Sunday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
