Role Overview

If you love cannabis, love people, and love the feeling of helping someone discover exactly the right product, you’ll fit right in at The WE Store Cannabis. We’re all about good vibes, great service, and helping every guest feel welcome the moment they walk in.

As a Keyholder you’ll be supporting the team as we expertly guide guests through products, answering questions, and making sure every visit feels friendly, informative, and fun. You’ll get hands-on product knowledge, a first look at the newest products, learn the ins and outs of the legal market, and build real skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

What You Bring

• A friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Team-player energy
• Cannabis knowledge (or a willingness to learn fast)
• Great guest service skills
• Sales + cash-handling experience (bonus points)
• Comfortable with Apple/iOS

Requirements

• Valid Class G licence + clean 3-year abstract
• Able to safely complete delivery orders
• CannSell certification (before hiring)
• Criminal background check
• 25+ years old
• Flexible availability
