Now Hiring: Assistant Manager / Store Manager
Queens Cannabis Co. – Tsawwassen, Delta
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Join one of the Lower Mainland’s growing cannabis retail chains! Queens Cannabis Co is proudly expanding, with three thriving locations and a fourth on the horizon. We’re looking for a driven and experienced leader to help elevate our Tsawwassen store as an Assistant Manager or Manager, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated and dependable individual with proven leadership experience in retail. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, team building, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff
  • Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies
  • Foster a positive, professional, and compliant workplace culture
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Cannabis knowledge is an asset, but not required
  • Must have or be willing to complete BC’s Selling It Right certification

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
