The Role

You’ll be an essential part of our pipe crews, installing water, storm, sanitary, and hydro systems with precision and care. This hands-on role requires skill, focus, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lay and align pipes to specification using pipe/rotary lasers
Safely assemble and work with trench shoring systems
Backfill and compact to ensure system stability
Support your Foreman and collaborate with the crew
Contribute to daily safety meetings and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ civil utility experience (water, storm, sanitary, hydro)
Skilled at reading drawings/specs and using pipe/rotary lasers
Reliable, physically fit, and team-oriented
Safety certifications (First Aid, Confined Space, Fall Protection) are an asset
Flexible for occasional weekend work; willing to travel across the Lower Mainland
