Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must be 19+
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing leadership role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Passion for learning about products and sharing knowledge with others
  • Criminal record check and applicable provincial certifications (where required)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service
  • Create a positive, welcoming, and educational environment for customers
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
  • Drive store goals around sales, customer experience, and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and industry regulations
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and local initiatives
  • Keep things running smoothly day-to-day—and jump in where needed
