Position: Cannabis Technician

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Wage: $22.00 – Negotiable, depending on experience

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all operational tasks and sanitation processes during the facility ramp-up phase.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the production areas.
• Handle heavy objects, including cleaning equipment, and perform overhead tasks.
• Work in conditions that may involve bending, crouching, kneeling, humid and/or slippery environments, and exposure to cleaning chemicals and cannabis. Support plant production related tasks, including plant monitoring, equipment troubleshooting, administering nutrients, and keeping grow tubs sanitary.
• Assist with plant care, including the harvesting and trimming of cannabis.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with cannabis cultivation is preferred.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to work in an environment with cleaning chemicals and cannabis.
• Must have reliable transportation to site, as no public transportation is available.
• Ability to commute or relocate as needed.
