Lot Manager/Shuttle Driver Position

Quesnel Toyota Lot Manager/Shuttle Driver Position:

Quesnel Toyota is looking for a full-time Lot Manager and Shuttle Driver to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive people person attitude, have a love for vehicles, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.

• This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts, Tuesday to Saturday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with lot maintenance. This includes organizing of the lot vehicles, readying vehicles for display, security of the inventory, lot safety, cleaning and snow removal, etc.
• Drop off and pick up customers from work, home, etc.
• Always keep the shuttle clean and fueled and ready for service.
• Moving and prepping cars that come in for service.
• Miscellaneous cleaning tasks around the dealership.
• Collaborate with supervisors and employees to keep the shuttle and lot operations running smoothly.
• Able to complete all work in accordance with the dealership safety requirements and protocols.

Education/Experience:

• Previous experience an asset but not required.
• Be able to drive all types of vehicles.
• Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers.
• Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work and an ability to multitask.
• A valid BC Driver’s license and current Driver’s Abstract is required.
