Entry Level Associate - Cannabis Production Facility

We’re hiring for a full-time, permanent Associate role in our craft cannabis facility. This is a Monday to Friday position with a consistent schedule, so you know what your work week looks like.

This is not a retail role. It’s hands-on, entry-level work focused on teamwork, consistency, and helping get quality cannabis products ready behind the scenes.

If you’re dependable, have a positive attitude, and want a stable job where you can learn and grow, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:

• Help produce, package, and prepare premium cannabis products
• Work with your hands and operate basic equipment (we’ll train you!)
• Follow documentation steps as part of the process (because we care about quality!)
• Support your teammates and keep things moving
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• You’re reliable — on time, every time
• You enjoy working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• You have a great attitude and are ready to work hard
• You're physically able to lift 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• You're 19+ and have reliable transportation

Pay: $17.35-$18.50 per hour
