Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to take ownership of renovation and exterior projects. This role requires leadership, strong technical skills, and the ability to guide teams while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute residential renovation projects
- Construct and oversee exterior upgrades including decks and fences
- Interpret and execute project scope, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise and collaborate with team members and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site efficiency
- Communicate project updates with internal teams and management
Requirements
- Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
- Own tools (required)
- Proven experience in construction renovations and carpentry
- Experience with exterior projects (decks, fences, outdoor builds)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and scope of work
