Cultivation Technition

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cultivation Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the health and productivity of our plants, ensuring optimal growth conditions, and supporting the overall cultivation process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of horticultural practices and be comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Duties

• Perform irrigation tasks to ensure plants receive adequate water supply.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain cultivation equipment.
• Engage in basic math calculations for nutrient mixing and application.
• Assist in garden maintenance, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
• Use hand tools effectively for various cultivation tasks.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and plants.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the management team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cultivation area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in horticulture or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work with hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work long hours in various weather conditions.
• A passion for gardening and plant care is highly desirable.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
