Cannabis Harvest Crew Member (Temporary, 4–6 Weeks)

About Us:

TEC Cannabis Services provides labour and harvest solutions for Health Canada–licensed cannabis facilities. We are currently hiring for an outdoor cultivation facility in Wolfville dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis through sustainable farming practices. That said, harvest season is here and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our team for the next 4–8 weeks.

Position Overview:

As a Harvest Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in our harvest operations. This work is physical and hands-on, making it a great opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors and working in a team environment.

Shifts Available:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Hand-harvesting cannabis plants in the field
  • Trimming, sorting, and preparing product for processing
  • Following Health Canada compliance and facility protocols
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Working efficiently to meet harvest timelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hardworking, reliable, and punctual individuals
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
  • Comfortable with physical labour and repetitive tasks
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Previous farm, greenhouse, or general labour experience is an asset, but not required
