Spa Esthetician (Korean / Japanese / Chinese Speaking Preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services while delivering outstanding guest services. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a dedication to sanitation and safety standards. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with attention to client needs and safety protocols.
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and available services through personalized consultations.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling additional treatments or packages.
• Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
• Stay current on industry trends and new treatment techniques to provide innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a spa or salon environment.
• Ability to perform retail sales through upselling and product demonstrations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services.
• Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus.

Pay: $35,700.00-$76,951.00 per year
