Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated General Labourer to assist with both renovation projects and property maintenance services. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who is eager to learn and grow within a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with residential renovation projects
- Support property maintenance services (cleaning, exterior upkeep, minor repairs, etc.)
- Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
- Work alongside carpenters, project managers, and trades
- Follow instructions and contribute to efficient project execution
Requirements
- Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
- Own tools (required)
- Previous experience in construction renovations
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow scope of work and job instructions
