### Job Posting: Brand Ambassador & Internal Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Role)
**Space Race Cannabis** – Edmonton, Alberta
**Who We Are**
Space Race Cannabis is Edmonton based cannabis processor.
**The Position**
We’re looking for one exceptional human to split their time 50/50 between two critical roles:
- **In-Store Brand Ambassador** (front-of-house, customer-facing)
- **Internal Customer Service Representative** (back-of-house, phone/email/order support for our loyal online & delivery customers)
This is a full-time, permanent position.
**What You’ll Do**
**50% – In-Store Brand Ambassador**
- Visit retail cannabis stores in the greater Edmonton area to promote the Space Race brand.
- Turn first-time buyers into regulars through product knowledge, storytelling, and genuine care
- Represent Space Race at in-store events, pop-ups, and the occasional industry party
- Keep the sales floor looking immaculate and the displays are basically art installations
- Act as the face and voice of our brand on the retail floor
**50% – Internal Customer Service**
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, and social DMs like a pro
- Process online orders, delivery coordination, and click-and-collect with speed and accuracy
- Solve problems before they become complaints (returns, order issues, product questions)
- Build relationships with our delivery and repeat customers so they feel like VIPs
- Help maintain customer records and feedback in our CRM
**What You Bring**
- 1+ years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience (cannabis industry is a huge asset)
- A natural gift for making people feel welcomed and heard
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with basic software programs.
- Impeccable communication skills — you can talk terpenes one minute and calmly fix an order error the next
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and switch gears seamlessly between floor and phone
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a criminal background check
