Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Site Coordinator to support our renovation and property maintenance projects on-site. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-site residential renovation and property maintenance projects
  • Work closely with project managers, trades, subcontractors, and clients
  • Review project scope, drawings, and job details to support accurate execution
  • Assist with scheduling, material coordination, and site logistics
  • Provide on-site support and assist with light hands-on tasks when required
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Use internal systems to track project progress, updates, and documentation

Requirements

  • Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
  • Basic tools and willingness to assist on-site when needed
  • Previous hands-on experience in construction renovations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable reviewing scope of work, drawings, and project details
