Civil Foreman – Permanent, Full-Time (Lower Mainland, BC)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and trades on site
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and full compliance with safety standards
  • Manage materials, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and reporting
  • Complete documentation and keep stakeholders informed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Civil Foreman (civil utilities/underground construction)
  • Prior hands-on experience as a pipelayer or in underground utilities (asset)
  • Strong leadership with proven success leading crews
  • Organized, with solid documentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of WorkSafeBC safe work practices
  • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
  • A leader committed to safety, integrity, and long-term growth

Compensation & Benefits
