We handle a massive volume of pre-booked appointments sent directly to your phone. We do the heavy lifting on marketing, customer dispatch, and corporate logistics—your only job is to show up, dominate the route, and execute.

​We are expanding our field team and looking for our next core producer. If you want to punch a clock, hide in a van, and complain when a job gets tough, do not read any further.

​Who We Are Looking For (The Beast Profile):

​We are looking for someone with high grit. A beast who is hungry, driven, and gets fueled by solving problems and making money.

  • ​Zero Complaining: If you nick your hand or a diagnostic gets frustrating, you don't stall out or act soft. You clean it up, push forward, and finish the job.
  • ​The Setup: Because this is a high-yield independent route role, you must utilize your own reliable field service vehicle/van and your own professional trade tools (digital multimeter, hand tools, etc.).
  • ​The Skill: Experienced appliance repair technicians are highly preferred (washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, fridges). However, if you are a sharp automotive mechanic, electrician, or HVAC apprentice with tools, high mechanical aptitude, and a savage work ethic, we can train you to dominate this trade in 3 to 6 weeks.
  • ​The Standards: Clean background, clean driving record, valid license, and sharp communication skills. You represent an elite brand when you step into a client's home.
