What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with an existing client base of restaurants and food service customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Own your schedule — plan client visits, sales calls, and meetings with autonomy
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within your approved authority
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to keep customers happy
  • Track your performance against sales goals and report progress to leadership
  • Spend roughly half your week out in the field, meeting clients face-to-face

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Bilingual in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Sales experience (2-4 years) is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  • Restaurant or food service industry experience is a bonus
  • A genuine interest in food, sushi culture, and connecting with people

Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on client needs)
Probation Period: 3 months
