MANDAT

Dans le cadre de l’intégration d’une nouvelle offre de services à la suite d’une évolution organisationnelle, le client souhaite retenir les services d’un·e consultant·e en rédaction UX / rédaction Web pour un mandat d’une durée de six (6) mois.

- Le mandat consiste principalement à revoir, adapter et harmoniser des contenus Web existants afin de les intégrer au site Web actuel, tout en assurant l’alignement avec la voix de marque, les normes de rédaction UX et les meilleures pratiques de rédaction Web.

- La rédaction des contenus se fera en priorité en anglais; le ou la consultant·e devra donc être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais).

- Le ou la consultant·e travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Expérience numérique et une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de spécialistes UX, UI, SEO, TI et de gestion de produits.

- Le mandat vise à assurer une expérience de contenu cohérente, claire et centrée sur les utilisateurs, tout en soutenant les objectifs d’affaires de l’organisation

TALENTS

ÉTUDES

Baccalauréat en communication, linguistique ou dans un domaine connexe

6 années d’expérience pertinente en rédaction UX et numérique

Maîtrise en design d'interaction (atout)

COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES

Compétences professionnelles

Maîtriser les principes de la rédaction UX, du SEO et de l’accessibilité

Détenir d’excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles

Avoir un anglais impeccable et un français fonctionnel

Avoir de l’expérience dans un environnement de travail qui s’appuie sur la méthode agile

Maîtriser le vocabulaire spécialisé du numérique et des affaires

Savoir utiliser JIRA et Confluence (un atout)

Connaître le milieu des assurances et des services financiers (un atout)

Rémunération : 70 000,00$ à 100 000,00$ par an
