The Opportunity
Support the development and optimization of payment products by analyzing product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and enhance overall product strategy.
This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site 3 days a week, providing a balance between remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
About The Role
- Analyze payment product performance, transaction data, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights.
- Support product managers in defining and refining product strategy using data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health and performance.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve payment efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations) to support product initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product enhancements and positioning.
- Assist in requirements gathering, translating business needs into analytical insights and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics frameworks.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis for new product features and enhancements.
- Provide insights on payment flows, transaction success rates, fraud trends, and operational metrics to drive optimization.
Education:
- University Degree – Undergraduate or Business graduate preferred
- Relevant certifications within Product Management are preferred
- Domain knowledge within Banking, Finance or a Technology Provider space: 3+ Years
- 3+ years of experience with Market Research and Product Analysis as well as Data Analysis experience
- Nice to have experience with Python and automation of data from excel
- Knowledge in Product Analytics/Financial Analytics.
- Product/Financial Performance Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence – preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of the products and services of the organization.
- Knowledge of competitor’s products.
