Le rôle d’un gérant à la Brasserie Daniel Lapointe va bien au-delà de la simple supervision des activités quotidiennes. Un excellent gérant doit être un leader, capable d’inspirer son équipe, de les motiver, de reconnaître et valoriser les forces de chaque membre, et de transformer les défis en opportunités d’apprentissage et d’amélioration.
