Staff Pharmacist

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team.

Experience with Kroll Paperless strongly preferred.

Must have a Pharmacist Part A license in the province of Ontario.

Duties:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions
- Provide consultation to patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Monitor drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, and appropriateness
- Participate in medication therapy management programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
