Qualifications:

· Over 12 years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies.

· Proficient in programming languages, project management, and coaching developers, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork.

· Excellent strategic and logical thinking, with the ability to understand the logic behind software development processes.

· Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.

Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
