Summer Lawn Care Labourer / Winter Snow Removal Operator
Timmins, ON | Seasonal Position (Summer + Winter)

We’re a fast-growing home service company in Timmins with 3 years in business, 300+ lawns and 1,200+ driveways serviced. We run 4 trucks and 12 tractors and are looking for hardworking people who want to grow with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential/commercial properties in summer
  • Perform add-on property maintenance services (cleanups, light landscaping, etc.)
  • Operate tractors, plows, and snow equipment in winter
  • Snow clearing, salting, and driveway/lot maintenance during winter events
  • Work in a team-focused, fast-paced outdoor environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience preferred (lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, or equipment operation)
  • Mechanically inclined is a strong asset
  • Comfortable working in hot summers and harsh winter conditions
  • Willingness to work early mornings, long days, and overnight shifts on short notice (snow is unpredictable)
  • Strong work ethic — this is physical, outdoor work, not a “glamour” job
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Pay:

  • Summer: $25–$30/hour
  • Winter: $40–$50/hour
