Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills for calculations.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
  • Manage time effectively to provide prompt service during busy periods.
  • Assist in training new staff members on food service protocols and guest interaction techniques.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices within the kitchen and dining areas is a plus.
