About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Exploration Geologist(s) to join our growing team in British Columbia. The successful candidate will take a lead role in the execution of diamond drilling projects for resource delineation and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor to advanced-stage projects in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate, and execute diamond drilling programs, including core logging, supervision of drill crews, contractors, and core processing staff
  • Interact with both surface and underground operations
  • Participate in daily geological logging, sampling, and QA/QC protocols
  • Manage active drillholes for deviation, pierce-point spacing, productivity
  • Conduct core interpretation, structural analysis, and contribute to geological modeling
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Geology (minimum); M.Sc. considered an asset
  • Registered (or immediately eligible for registration) as a P.Geo. or G.I.T. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
  • 1–5 years of relevant exploration experience, including core logging, mapping, sampling, and QAQC procedures
  • Experience with Seequent data suite; Leapfrog Geo and MX Deposit
  • Strong knowledge of geologic logging, sampling, and QA/QC procedures
  • Experience with and understanding of oriented core data collection and QAQC
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in remote field locations on a rotational basis
  • Eligible to work in Canada
