Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Salesperson to join our expanding team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business development and build a successful career in roofing sales. Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and networking.
- Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
- Manage accounts by tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools such as Highlevel.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Present product features, technical specifications, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new roofing technologies to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales techniques.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and develop targeted sales approaches.
- Experience using highlevel or similar CRM platforms for lead tracking and customer management.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
