Outside Sales Representative – Full Time

For over 55 years, Keller Equipment Supply Ltd. has been a trusted supplier of petroleum fueling systems and vehicle maintenance shop equipment across Western Canada. With branches in Calgary, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Winnipeg, we’re known for quality products, strong partnerships, and a commitment to customer success.

We are expanding our Winnipeg team and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Customer Service Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. This is a high-impact role with room to grow inside a well-established, forward-thinking company.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your sales expertise to develop and grow long-term customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Keller’s presence in the Manitoba market
  • Manage orders and guide customers seamlessly through the full sales cycle
  • Provide exceptional service and support to office operations when needed
  • Collaborate with shipping/receiving to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Represent Keller at industry tradeshows and events (travel opportunities available)

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new products/technologies
  • A self-driven mindset, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum Grade 12 education and a valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the U.S.A. (bondable)
  • Industry experience is an asset — but if you’re sharp, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll train you
