Full job description

Already in the insurance business or looking for a career change? We are hiring and have an opening for an Insurance Broker to join our team. If you are looking for a career and are team oriented, customer service focused and enjoy a fast paced work environment, we would love to hear from you.

Primary Duties:

  • Assessing clients' individual needs and obtaining quotes
  • Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service
  • Comparing the coverage of different insurers to get the client the best rates and conditions in an unbiased manner and make recommendations
  • Process client payments and inquiries
  • Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals
  • Deliver excellent service by responding to all client inquiries accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • RIBO licensed is preferred but will train and help obtain Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license (RIBO)
