Stressful workplace

The branches I have been employed at are high traffic branches and it can become very stressful especially with the employee turnover rate at these branches. Great place to work

hired during Covid time, I felt that managers and CEO really care the employees. Great benefits and relatively good compensation. Love the cultures of Vancity.

Poor management

If you are not willing to drink the cool aid you shouldn't work for Vancity. The management is the worst, you have no where to go to get advise or help if you are having issues with management.
