The idea behind Inclusion Alberta is great, sadly the follow through is lacking. High turnover is probably from staff not feeling valued by management (the poor benefits doesn't help). Potential to do exciting things, but they always seem just out of reach. Turnover is really bad.

Like other reviews said, management doesn’t seem to care much about the high turnover, and I don’t think they understand how it affects everyone.
