Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Closing Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met. The Line Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
