This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing exceptional customer service, creating engaging social media content, and growing with an ambitious healthcare organization.

The position offers a clear career advancement path into senior management, director, and executive-level roles as our organization continues to expand.

We offer structured, guaranteed compensation increases:

· Starting wage: $25.00/hour

· After 1 year: Guaranteed increase to $30.00/hour

· After 2 years: Guaranteed increase to $35.00/hour

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.

· Maintain accurate records of patient conversations, follow-ups, and registration progress.

Patient Support & Reception

· Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly.

· Return missed calls and respond to voicemail messages.

· Assist existing patients with general questions, concerns, appointments, and administrative requests.

· Escalate clinical questions or more complex concerns to the appropriate team members.

· Deliver a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.

· Securely process payments over the telephone using our payment systems.

· Explain payment arrangements, membership fees, and billing procedures.

· Assist patients with updating payment information and resolving payment-related issues.

· Maintain accurate payment records and follow established financial procedures.

Social Media & Content Creation

· Manage Hawes Health's corporate social media accounts and individual clinic accounts.

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

· Regularly appear on camera in social media videos, promotional content, and educational posts.

· Film short-form videos, reels, clinic updates, and other promotional material.

· Respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries.

· Assist with developing creative ideas to increase brand awareness, attract prospective patients, and promote our clinics.

· Ensure all published content maintains Hawes Health's professional branding and messaging.

Ideal candidates will have:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· A friendly, approachable, and professional personality.

· Confidence speaking with prospective patients over the telephone.

· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

· The ability to explain services, answer questions, and help people make informed decisions.

· Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

· Confidence and comfort appearing on camera, speaking in videos, and creating social media content.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· The ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

· Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.

· A professional attitude toward patient confidentiality and sensitive information.

Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, sales, or social media management would be an asset.

· This is an in-person position.

· Occasional travel to Hawes Health clinic locations across Ontario may be required.

· A valid driver's license is required; owning a vehicle is not necessary.

Career Advancement — Executive/Director Track

Hawes Health is building a growing network of healthcare clinics throughout Ontario.

As Hawes Health expands, opportunities for advancement may include clinic management, regional operations, senior management, and director-level positions.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, dependable, and interested in taking on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
