We are looking for a high energy, customer obsessed front office assistant to work at our reception desk area. This role is in a fast-paced retail environment therefore the ability to multi-task is essential. To ensure success in this role you should possess experience in office administration and a passion to work with the public.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a high-energy team member for a hybrid role supporting front desk operations and warehouse functions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Operation of a multi-line telephone system
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling of customer inquiries
  • Daily recording and balancing of cash and credit cards
  • Copying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Office supply management
  • Maintaining a presentable workspace
  • Performing other administrative tasks, if required
  • Provide administrative support to Decorator Consultants

· Support sales team Receive, assemble, and move merchandise

· Assist deliveries and carry-outs

· Maintain showroom and warehouse

· Support with Price Changes and Marketing

Skills and Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, office administration or receptionist role and customer service
  • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment
  • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be available for evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
