DENTAL Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective customers
• Develop strategic business plans to expand market reach and increase sales revenue
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Present technical solutions tailored to client requirements in technology or industrial sales environments
• Support ongoing business development initiatives through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (preferred)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to enhance sales efforts
• Analytical skills to assess market data and develop effective sales tactics
• Basic knowledge about dentistry and dental materials
• Demonstrated ability in account management and customer service excellence
• Technical sales experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn about our products is essential
