This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing clinical environment with an immediate patient base and strong support team.

We are initially looking for someone to start part-time, working into full-time hours, as they transition into the role and integrate into the clinic workflow.

About the Role

You will be responsible for performing advanced laser and energy-based treatments, including multiple device platforms and body contouring systems such as CoolSculpting.

In addition to treatment delivery, this role requires strong consultative skills, a clinical eye for aesthetics, and the ability to confidently recommend customized treatment plans and medical-grade skincare that deliver exceptional patient results.

You are not just performing treatments, you are guiding outcomes and building patient trust through expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments with precision and confidence
• Operate multiple devices including laser platforms and CoolSculpting
• Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Recommend medical-grade skincare tailored to patient goals and outcomes
• Provide clear, ethical, and results-focused treatment education
• Build strong long-term patient relationships through trust and results
• Contribute to an elevated, high-end patient experience

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who loves what they do! A medical laser esthetician that is highly skilled, confident, and patient-focused, who thrives in a clinical aesthetic environment.

You should have:

• Advanced experience with multiple medical aesthetic laser platforms
• Strong CoolSculpting / body contouring experience (required)
• Proven experience in treatment recommendations and aesthetic sales (consultative, not transactional)
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and product recommendations
• A passion for natural, high-quality patient outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence (required)
• A polished, client-facing demeanor and strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work both independently and within a high-performing team

• Schedule: Starts part-time, transitioning into full-time

• Type: Maternity leave coverage (with potential to become permanent)
• Compensation: $23–$27/hr (based on experience)
