Line Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and utensils
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service expectations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food preparation, and food safety regulations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food industry standards, including meal preparation and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with food handling safety protocols
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
