We are building a modern Growth & GTM function that brings SaaS-level rigor to how we acquire, convert, and expand customers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth & GTM Strategy Lead to design and operate the systems that power our entire go-to-market engine.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, revenue systems, and GTM execution. You will not manage a sales team — instead, you will architect the infrastructure, funnels, data, and workflows that enable the sales organization to perform at scale.
You will partner closely with the management, and own the systems, insights, and GTM architecture that drive those results.
This is a builder role for someone who has operated in modern SaaS or high-growth GTM environments and knows how to turn complexity into scalable systems.
What You’ll OwnGTM Strategy & Funnel Architecture
- Design and evolve multi-segment GTM strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- Build and optimize end-to-end funnels from lead acquisition to expansion revenue
- Define segmentation, qualification logic, and routing strategy across channels
Revenue Systems & CRM Architecture
- Own CRM structure as a GTM system (pipeline design, data model, automation flows)
- Build and maintain scalable workflows across marketing, sales, and operations tools
- Ensure data integrity and system adoption across the revenue organization
Growth Analytics & Revenue Intelligence
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline health, conversion, and forecasting
- Analyze funnel performance, cohorts, and segment-level growth trends
- Translate data into actionable GTM insights for leadership decision-making
AI-Driven GTM Optimization
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows across the revenue lifecycle
- Deploy automation for lead scoring, forecasting, follow-ups, and sales insights
- Continuously improve GTM efficiency through experimentation and tooling
Enterprise & Expansion GTM Motion
- Support enterprise motion including ABM strategy, RFPs, and multi-threaded deals
- Work directly on strategic deals where needed to improve conversion strategy
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities across existing accounts
Cross-Functional GTM Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on GTM planning and execution
- Contribute to compensation design and incentive alignment with revenue strategy
- Ensure GTM systems support scalable, predictable revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar roles
- Experience in SaaS or SaaS-like, data-driven, high-growth environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to design and scale GTM systems, funnels, or revenue engines
- Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) at an architectural level
- Deep understanding of funnel analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and conversion optimization
- Experience building automation or AI-enabled workflows in GTM or revenue systems
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute and ship systems hands-on
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments where systems are being built from scratch
