Pay: $20/hour, based on experience

About the Role
Cabana Pool Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Pool Crew Lead/Pool Technician to join our seasonal team. This position involves leading a crew during pool opening and closing season while assisting with pool cleaning, maintenance , and customer service.
Responsibilities
· Lead crew during seasonal pool openings and closings
· Complete pool cleaning, vacuuming, water testing and chemical balancing
· Ensure all work is complete safely and efficiently
· Communicate professionally with customers and team members
· Assist with training and supporting crew members
Qualifications
· Experience with pool maintenance, openings and closings
· Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
· Ability to perform physical outdoor work
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
· Valid driver’s license required
