Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery of our systems. This role owns the full commercial lifecycle, from initial engagement through deployment, and works closely with technical and field teams to deliver real-world results for customers.

Responsibilities

Build and Manage Sales Pipeline

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across mining and industrial sectors
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics
  • Support proposals, product demonstrations, and site visits

Drive Product Deployment Success

  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Delivery teams
  • Track deployment timelines, risks, and performance
  • Align internal resources to ensure successful project execution
  • Act as the commercial owner from first engagement through deployment
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and repeat business

Manage Commercial Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with mining companies, contractors, and OEMs
  • Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and technology partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, scope, and contract terms
  • Grow key accounts into long-term partnerships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in mining, industrial technology, or heavy equipment
  • Strong commercial mindset with an execution-focused approach
  • Experience working with both site-level teams and corporate stakeholders
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage complex commercial relationships
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, field-driven environments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Sudbury, ON
  • Willingness to travel frequently to mine sites, corporate offices, and industry events
  • Valid driver’s license
  • French language skills are an asset, particularly for supporting clients in Québec and bilingual regions

Pay: $60,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
