Line Cook/Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook and Dishwasher to join our kitchen team with minimum 3 years experience for line cook with open availability. Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious meals following our recipes and food safety guidelines. Ability to work in kitchen with others or alone. Dishwasher responsible to wash dish ware and maintain clean working environment. Able to lift heavy garbage bags and work till close. Line cook candidate must possess creative culinary knowledge of food, food sensitivities, communicative and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure all food preparation and storage meets food safety standards
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Skills
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Understanding of food safety practices including proper rotation of all food products
- Ability and calm temperament to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in fast past environment
