Your Responsibilities

Content Creation and Video Production

Film and produce high-quality photos and videos – products, job sites, client projects and company culture – then edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok and more, using AI tools to maximize every step of production

Social Media Management

Manage all company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest, plan the content calendar, respond to interactions and continuously grow brand visibility

Digital Marketing

Contribute to website updates, SEO, analyze traffic data and continuously optimize the content strategy based on performance

Team Collaboration

Work with sales, installation and management teams to find authentic and valuable content, bring creative ideas to the table and help execute them

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva AI and other AI tools
• Strong communication skills in French or English
• Self-starter, proactive and able to manage projects from start to finish

Bonus: YouTube experience – Knowledge of construction/renovation sector – SEO and digital advertising skills
